So I ate well all day and then got home from work. My wife fixed homemade pizza, which was awesome, and then baked chocolate chip cookies. I was tired and hungry, not a good combo, and ended up eating 7 pieces of pizza and then polished off 3 cookies. Not to mention the fact that I ate 4 spoonfuls of cookie dough before they got baked. This was about 30-45 minutes before my date with the treadmill. Not my brightest plan. For 7 miles and 1 hour and 18 minutes I fought the urge to puke and got my run in. Never again…. Never again.
