You know what is depressing? 48 laps around a track. I used the penny trick from swimming. I put 48 pennies in my pocket and every lap I throw one down. Normally I would do my long runs around town but our football banquet is tonight so I need to be at the Fieldhouse all day. 12 miles 1:57:20
