8:50 pm I DON’T WANNA GO! I WILL STAY ON THE COUCH AND GET FAT. I DON’T EVEN CARE! SCREW RUNNING AND EATING HEALTHY.
9:00 Arrive at fitness center and begin running.
9:10 It’s only been 10 minutes! I wish I was still at home on the couch, this is miserable.
9:20 Let’s pick up the pace a little bit.

9:40 Crank it up! I LOVE RUNNING!! Why stop at 5? Let’s do 6 and finish when the fitness center closes. I love running!
9:57 6 miles are complete. and then I remember that Ben did 6.2 so of course I decide to run 6.3.
It is absolutely amazing how running can change your attitude and perspective. The toughest part is starting.
