Today was cross training. I mixed it up and did each station for 2-3 minutes as hard as I could while monitoring my heart rate to see what each exercise did to me. Here are my results:
Stationary Bike - 125-135 (over 20 mph)Row machine - 120-130Wave machine - 125-135 (simulates rollerblading/ice skating)Stair Master - 155-162 
I did each station 3 times and rested about 45 sec between each one. Stair master by far and away was the hardest. These heart rates are the average. My average for the entire workout was 131.
