
Tonight’s workout was brought to you by ourtimetochange. The crossfit workout he did today inspired me to do something similar. I didn’t have a deck of cards so here is what I did:
Round 1
1000 meter row
10 Kettlebell swings
10 pull ups
I then went down by 100 on the row and by 1 on the KB swings and pullups for each successive round. By the time I got to round 10 I was sick of the row machine. Before I started I thought that the workout would take me about 25-30 minutes, 53 minutes and 25 seconds later I was finished.
