I have known for a while that I drink A LOT of diet drinks. Before I started Doing Life I rarely drank soda. Diet or regular, the only time I bought them was when I went out to eat. And his answer was Oreos. I said “you have to have something else” and his reply was “salad with Oreos on top!”
Needless to say he was disappointed when I made him a turkey salad with no Oreos on top.
Negative Thinking
I don’t know if anyone else suffers from this, but here is when it hits me.

Sounds easy, right? It did to me. But let me tell you, if you do it 150 times as fast as you can, it isn’t so easy. That plus our truck push was our workout with the football players yesterday.
