and what does it mean?
I would normally stay away from stuff like this
Actually I would applaud someone trying to call my brother out (what are older brothers for?)
But Lori’s post was complete and utter nonsense and E said it best, so go read her post.

I know I did a good job of eating
when I wake up in the morning and I’m hungry. Those days where I wake up full are reminders of how crappy I feel when I eat poorly.
Jed Does Answers
Instead of flooding everyone’s dashboards with multiple answers I decided to answer a few in one post.
1. About fasting. It didn’t have any effect on my crohn’s disease. There were a few times throughout the day that I got hungry, but for the most part it wasn’t bad. I didn’t feel any different during the following few days when I carb loaded. Does it work? Maybe. It...
Do you ever have those days?
where you just want to eat anything and everything? I don’t know what has been going on the last few days, but it has been a constant struggle to not eat everything in the house. I’m not even hungry and I want to eat.
Day 1 of Christmas break.
Slept in
Christmas shopping with Anderson
Long nap with Anderson
Lifted weights and ran
Watched college football
I could handle more days like these!

skinnyforme asked: Hey! First off lemme start by saying you are BAD ASS. But besides you being a BA I've got a question...how do you hydrate/refuel during your long runs? when exactly do you eat or drink (if you do). Good luck at vegas!!!!!! Can't wait for the update of how you guys did :)
Anonymous asked: This might be a really stupid question, and I'm sorry in advance! But... I am keeping track of my calories, and tracking how many I eat. I am working out also. So with that being said, if my goal calories for the day is 1200, and I burn 300 working out, does that mean I can eat 300 more calories (1500) and still be in my goal for only 1200 since I burnt 300? Or do I still stick with 1200 no...
It has been 26 hours since I last had a bite of food. All I consumed was water, 2 diet cokes and a couple glasses of apple juice. Today was an experience. It wasn’t as awful as I had imagined. There were a couple of times throughout the day that I wanted to eat, but the cravings always subsided. The worst part wasn’t the physical hunger, it was that I didn’t get the enjoyment I...
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
After my hunger pains went away around 1 pm, it hasn’t been bad. I feel pretty good right now, a little jittery, but good. The last hurdle will be about 8 tonight when I want some dinner before bed. Thanks for the encouraging words.
It's lunch time and I am starving.
Doing something a little different today
I am fasting today. No food. Just water and a diet coke.
Why? Glad you asked. Before all our “big” races, my dad has fasted on the fourth day before the race. He heard from some running expert that to truly carb load you need to fast the fourth day before your event. It supposedly cleans out the kidneys or something like that. I’m not real sure. I could probably look it up and...
